Inviertis and Brickbro winners at The District Show
The World-Class District Awards 2022
The World-Class District Awards exist to recognize those organizations that are shaping the industry and promote them. The global awards honor the firms and individuals who have displayed excellence in a multitude of fields throughout the year.
In this first edition, multiple startups applied to compete. Brickbro leaded by Guillermo Preckler and Inviertis leaded by Rebeca Pérez were both selected as finalists and at the end, them both were winners in different categories.
What is The District and The District World Summit
The District is the new international professional event where the future strategy of the Real Estate sector in Europe is defined and where to discover purposeful projects according to ESG and ODS criteria. Brickbro and Inviertis were two proptech startups winners in the first edition of The World-Class District Awards 2022 that belong to TheFringe/LABS ecosystem.
The District brings together Real Estate capital specialists (equity and debt) to take the pulse, anticipate the megatrends of the different asset classes (traditional and alternative) and their yields, the risk versus return profile of core, core plus, value add and opportunistic investments.
The District World Summit is the largest European congress where the real estate sector promotes neighborhoods of the future, sometimes residential neighborhoods, sometimes office buildings, hotel projects, data centers, service buildings, shopping centers, logistics centers, hospitals, research centers, or all at once. With the highest technological component offered by the Proptech industry to reach new competitiveness goals.

ZENNIO AWARD FOR THE BEST PROPTECH STARTUP IN WHICH TO INVEST
In this first edition of The District Show, two of the startups in the TheFringe/LABS ecosystem: Inviertis and Brickbro were selected as finalists
- Brickbro is a peer-to-peer platform matching anyone looking to buy, sell and rent commercial properties offering an end-to-end online transaction.
- Inviertis is a technology platform for Real Estate Investment with a marketplace for rented properties ready to invest that allows investors to make fast and informed decisions, minimizing risk and increasing profitability.
Brickbro which has recently become a new member in the TF/LABS ecosystem was awarded with the first prize for “The best startup to invest in”. Brickbro has recently signed a collaboration with TheFringe/LABS to create a customized real estate tool based in Big Data to obtain in depth detailed valuations in order to agilize all the property transactions.
Inviertis, one of the startups accelerated by TheFringe/LABS, won the first position at The Proptech Forum Startup, and was also a finalist as a Best Startup to Invest in.
