2. User Acceptance.

These Conditions for Use govern access and use of the webpage www.thefringelabs.com (hereinafter, the “Webpage”) that THE COMPANY has made available to internet users. Accessing this webpage entails acceptance, without reservation, of these Conditions for Use.

Through the webpage, the COMPANY may offer services that may be subject to their own particular conditions, of which the User shall be informed in each specific case.

3. Accessing the webpage and passwords.

In general, it is not required to subscribe or register beforehand as a User to access and use the webpage; notwithstanding, to use certain services or contents on said webpage, subscription or registration may be required.

The User data obtained through subscription or registration with this webpage shall be protected with passwords selected by the users. The User is bound to keep their password secret and protect it from unauthorized third-party use. The User must notify THE COMPANY immediately of any unconsented use of their account or any security violation related to the webpage’s service of which they are aware.

The User is bound to not introduce programs, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls, or any other logical or character sequence device that causes or could cause any kind of alteration to THE COMPANY’S or third-party IT systems.

These Conditions for Use refer solely to THE COMPANY’S webpage and contents, and are not applicable to third-party links or webpages accessible through the webpage.

The destinations of said links are not under THE COMPANY’S control, and THE COMPANY shall not be held liable for the content of any of a link’s destination webpages, or any link included on a webpage reached through THE COMPANY’S webpage, nor any change or update to said pages.

These links are provided only to inform the User of the existence of other information sources on a specific topic, and including a link does not imply that THE COMPANY approves of the linked webpage.

6. Intellectual and industrial property.

All Webpage contents, unless otherwise indicated, are exclusively owned by THE COMPANY, including for illustrative purposes, but not limited to, the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements that appear on the Webpage.

Additionally, all commercial names, marks, or distinctive signs of any sort on the Webpage are protected by Law.

THE COMPANY does not grant any kind of license or authorization for personal use to the User over intellectual and industrial property rights, or any other right related to the Website and the services offered on it.

8. Processing minors’ data.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish law that is applicable to data protection, to process data of persons under 13 years of age, THE COMPANY shall require consent from the parents or guardians.

It is THE COMPANY’S responsibility to shape procedures to guarantee that the minor’s age has been effectively verified, and that the consent, if applicable, provided by parents, guardians, or legal representatives is authentic. In this regard, every time a minor participates in a promotion organized by THE COMPANY, the parent or guardian’s identifying information will be requested, along with their mailing address and email address to collect the parent’s consent, as well as a copy of their DNI (National ID Document) and/or copy of the Family Book to clearly prove the parent-child relationship.
